Rey

Rey, or Ragā, is one of the oldest cities in the world and has been the capital of Iran during parts of the Ziyarid and Seljuk periods. It is now part of Tehran. There are many historical and cultural monuments in Rey, the most important of which include the Ibn Babawayh Shrine, Toghrol Tower, the Holy Shrine of Abdul Azim al-Hasani, and the tomb of Bibi Shahr Banu.
